The von hound & friends story

Hi, I’m Shannon—the proud human behind Von Hound and Friends. What started as a quest to find the perfect dog accessories for my own pups turned into a passion project where I could design exactly what I wanted for my dogs—and now, for yours too!

I live on a beautiful piece of acreage with my son and our big animal family, which includes four dogs: a Maremma, a Standard Poodle, a Toy Poodle, and a Yorkie, plus a mini horse, an alpaca, and two rabbits. When I’m not designing, packing orders, or sharing our journey online, you can find me working as a dog groomer and daycare attendant right here on the farm.

Von Hound and Friends was born from my love of dogs and a desire to create high-quality products that make their lives better. I design with care and consideration, ensuring that every product is not only functional but also beautiful and luxurious.

EXPERTLY DESIGNED WITH LOVE AND CARE

As a certified dog groomer with a Cert III in Dog Grooming and Animal Care—and currently studying Veterinary Science—I have a deep understanding of dogs' needs. Each product is carefully designed with your dog’s comfort and function in mind.

My mission at Von Hound and Friends is simple: to provide affordable luxury for your pup. Whether it's a stylish collar, a training tool, or an everyday accessory, I want every item to help your dog live their best life.
